Rawaf Mina opened its annual training season with a hospitality and languages course for 400 supervisors in Makkah.
The course, run with the Institute of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Hajj and Umrah Research, covers guest etiquette, crisis response and the customs of the nationalities the company serves.
Graduates will lead the reception teams at the entry points this season.
