Rawaf Mina closed the 1446 season having hosted 180,000 pilgrims from 42 nationalities in its 31 hospitality centres.
Each guest was welcomed with dates and roses at the door, accompanied by supervisors speaking their language and guided through the rituals by the company's religious guides.
Satisfaction surveys collected at departure rated the hospitality experience 4.8 out of 5.
